The entire tankoubon is a mad compilation of chapter-long setups in which multiple mythological beings enjoy hardcore sex, frequently with impregnation in sight.
Besides Cthulhu, there are also several other creatures from H.P. Lovecraft’s universe:
Shub-Niggurath (*), Tsathoggua (*), a hound of Tidalos (*), Hastur (*), Nyarlathotep (*) and Umr At-Tawil (*).
And also creatures either inspired from other mythologies, or invented, such as a nekomimi tribe, demon women, beastgirls and a rapacious horde of female tengus.
I must give you a MAXIMUM WARNING: more than half of the chapters deal with extreme themes: hard rape, mindbreak, necromancy, sacrifices, post-mortem vengeance. The rest is fortunately meek, happy monster girl sex.
And graphically? With quite low censorship amounts, that was pleasantly hardcore: meaty girls, massive penetrations, impregnation fetish (meh), double penetration was frequent to give you an idea.

For the record this was a random project that Seyzer Koze was translating and I did QC/editor seeking/publishing for, unfortunately he hasn’t been active for a long time so the project stalled after four chapters. The translator did some translations for me in the past and basically said he wanted to translate this and asked if I could handle the whole “QC/find editors part” of the process. So it was honestly his project that I just helped facilitate.

About the release, i though i had spent all my ”what the hell i am reading?!” with Pochi Goya’s manga but i still have some room to surprise myself.
It was hardly fappable but on the other side it seems like the author put effort into the ”setting”.

Not sure how you had so much confidence, Oliver. Once that Shub Niggurath story, The Sister of the Woods with a Thousand Young, came out I knew it was only a matter of time before we saw all of the Elder Gods as women in Hentai.
I was going to write Shub-ni is not the apex main character in the mythos, unlike Cthulhu, and I thought nobody would *dare* touch Cthlhu.
And then I was going to write a joke to say we may see God appears here and there in hentai, or his angels, but we never saw Jesus or his father fucking somebody in hentai, or being fucked.
