I have the impression I have already read that story O_o
Either I’ve seen it under a different name (and then: my bad!), or it’s simply the story is very stereotypical. Calling it stereotypical is a description, not a criticism, it’s not necessarily bad that a scenario follows tracks and use a predictable route, as long as it’s done well =)
And it IS done well 
This share combines a female bookworm, with glasses and big breasts, an irresistible (because… no clue, but that’s a thing anyway) shota boy, and a mutual discovery of the greatness of hentai mangas, leading to predictable consequences. The ending was pretty cute, at least that was an original touch

I only have one comment, it’s weird when a native French speaker has deja vu, and doesn’t use the term, deja vu.
Then again, I’m wondering now if deja vu is one of those English-coined term misattributed to the French.

You weren’t wrong, déjà-vu is a term we use on a regular basis. Not pedantic, not rare, it’s a common occurence in our language.
However, I feel that didn’t fit the present situation. With déjà-vu, you have that strong impression some of the things you’re seeing… hmm, no, let me rephrase it: you don’t have that particular distinct impression that it’s the first time you’re seeing the things you’re seeing. They’re known. They’re seen. Even if you can’t put a name on them.
In the present case, it was less vague than that, I had the impression it was more akin to having read that one years ago (or on Fakku, suddenly wondering) and simply not recalling that I already did so.
As for “touché” (in this case the accent makes a grammatical difference, without the accent it’s the conjugation of the verb for touching, with the accent it’s the the past participle form, for the fencing move when you score a point), it’s almost never used in French, it’s something the English will use to sound french-y ^^
