I wonder, do you know the “Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari” series? It’s yet another isekai series, about Japanese guys projected into another world where they acquire powers (the male MC will be known as the “Shield Hero” for instance) and alter the balance of the world, etcetera. I read a pair of chapters of it to have a general idea, and at least it’s starting in a more original manner than usually.
The present doujinshi features one of the characters from the story, the queen of some kingdom, apparently “rewarding” soldiers who proved their valour.
The crown, the lingerie, the proud breasts, the haughty but approachable face: yep, that’s the queen package 
As before with Ginhaha, the drawings are superb, the English is understandable but bad (and let’s not look at a gift horse in the mouth, that was translated by the artist himself, hats off and thank you! 
), and in the end there are a few variation pages in which the queen is naked without lingerie.

Yeah, I got confused by that, too. I had to look at the gallery of all the pictures to understand what was going on. The 1st set of pics is the queen in stockings, the 2nd set is the queen with bare legs. That’s what Oliver meant by ‘variation pages.’ Now, since I’m a classy motherfucker, I preferred the 1st set!
Ah the queen, yeah she’s the brains an power behind the throne, married to Trash.
Not my insult, gotta read/watch the story as to why she’s married to Trash.
Remember that their kingdom is matrilinear monarchy, which means that the queen is the highest authority; in other words, she’s not the brains and power “behind the throne”, but rather the brains and power OF the throne. The king is just a consort.
Isekai stories are easy to understand if you’ve ever played a video game and thought to yourself, “Wow, I am kicking ass in this game! What if this were real? What if I somehow went into the game and had to fight all these monsters in real life? How awesome would I be?”
Now multiply that by 1000 video game-playing authors writing anime and manga with self-insert characters. That’s why isekai characters are as overpowered as your average game character by the time they reach the last boss: You’ve overloaded the level counter and health meter, you’ve got lighting spraying from your ass, death pouring from your fingers, while you hold the sword of ultimate destruction: MegaExcaliAssRaper. Shield Hero is still like that, but with the extra fun of “What if the game difficulty was set to Nightmare” and “What if I could deal with shopkeepers and authority figures without looking stupid?”
