(Small update: I kinda screwed up with the naming. The mangaka’s name is: “Suihei Sen”, and the circle in which the mangaka belongs is “Umi No Sachi”. There is no relation, save a relative homonimy, with another mangaka called “Umino Sachi” whose works can be found on Fakku if you like)
A caring father is concerned his son might inherit the same physical flaw he has himself: a midget size. Even with a glorious stache, it’s ridiculous.
So, he hires a nursing maid to feed him breast milk daily.
Some time later, let’s say this was a success, the son grew by something like 20 centimeters and had a nice splurt of growth :3 …That is, until the bonus surprise in the end, lol ^^
A bit more seriously, it’s a successful mix of comedy, vanilla and hentai we’ve got here, with a very original story canvas, cute feelings, and a super hot maid (her glorious boobs mostly made up for the whiteout censorship, I daresay. However, I must warn you, there’s only a small number of pages with sex.)

IMHO, it’s not only “successful mix of comedy, vanilla and hentai,, but it also has just a little dash of WTF; enough to make it all the more enjoyable – once in a while, wall-to-wall sexy actin is not needed to make a good h-manga or h-doujin.

A pen name / circle name that I mistook for the official mangaka’s name, or a plain and simple error on my part, Ehud?
I think its a simple error. There is no connection between Umino Sachi (AYA) and Suihei Sen (as far as i know).
Allright, I’ll trust you on that Ehud.
I may have made a confusion with another release I saw, or with something on my disk, and when I renamed my downloads to a more standard form, I must have replaced the mangaka’s name. My bad.

I tried to look up Umi no Sachi and it seems like that would be the Circles name atleast. There is an Artist with the Name of Umino Sachi though the artstyle looks different.
There is also one Work of Suihei Sen on Fakku and atleast the Kanji for the name seems to be the same as the one on th Coverpage
