This is the adaptation of an Eroge by Anime lilith famous for their Nukige "Kangoku Senkan" . They are not really could be rapist , the male crew are a team of brainwasher who work for a gov in conflict .
The two woman actually are in route to bring to justice eminent member of this gov , and what would be the safest way to do that , hop in a battleship controlled by suspected sexual criminal working for those you are trying to prosecute .
In the Eroge there is a route that lead the two "heroin" to retribution .

The crew are rapists. Basic bull plot is there are two factions semi at war, one side uses brainwashing to control people on the other. There was an anime, not much good really (and doesn’t even use some of the best scenes), and before that an okay visual novel that’s been translated and can be found online.
Sadly the second visual novel was starting to be translated, then the site the translation group was using got shut down and from everything we can see Prison Battleship 2 will never be fully translated (and the only copy I can find online gives my software virus warnings when I try to install it). Sucks too, from the CGs it looks like it was alright.
Considering how the first one is written not really sure it's not better left untranslated , you could use Atlas or Vnr to get a passable attempt at translation . But really the more play/read those novel the more I think they where written by fourteens year's old misogynist for thirteen year's old boy . All they talk about is how vicious they can be and how monstrously good they are with there meat-stick .
I think you can find a translation about 25 % or more , not more than 30% , on hongfire .
Koko, I’m sorry but these are h-manga about women being brainwashed, raped and one of them NTR’d. And that describes at least half of h-manga out there. I don’t think that you can expect 99% of them to be written well.
Actually watched a few minutes of the anime, and became nauseous. Not from the plot, but the horrible, HORRIBLE cameraview. It kept zooming in and out, and blurring whenever it zoomed which is ALL THE TIME. I actually got seasick. >_<
Mousse, yeah. Whoever the idiot was who was put in charge of animation, they decided awkard angles, weird faces and weird sped-up scenes were the order of day.
And annoyingingly I did manage to find a copy of PB 2. And sadly it might not work on Windows 7. Being a fan of eroge is a difficult path.
