If it weren’t ridiculous and treated as a carefree and not serious at all issue, I’d have said the scenario was deadly scary 
Here, a brother is, with his agreement, kept prisoner until he fecundates his two sisters, with the final purpose to have enough children to form a baseball team. (No, I am NOT high).
And so, with the brother’s agreement, the two sisters get their load of creampie.
Jebus, what the heck ?!?
Oh well, at least, graphically, it was good, and the drawings are entirely uncensored, that’s neat. Props to TWN2 and Ersatz_Cyphero for this release !
UPDATE : Funny trivia, it seems the status of the girls is pretty unclear, check the comments at the bottom of this post ! Wife, sister in law, aunt, daughter… Jebus, what headache ! >_<

I’m not actually 100% sure they’re HIS sisters. My first impression was that the brunette was his wife, who had called HER elder (married) sister to help out with their little “problem”.
Then again… the blonde refers to herslf as his aunt, which is just plain weird.
But I stand by my initial reading. He does refer to her as “Mayu-ne”, but I consider it plausible that he’s known both sisters since they were children, and hence he would know her well enough to refer to her as “ne”.
Yeah, at another site, the popular theory is the girls are his wife and sister-in-law, which is more likely, and less scary, Oliver. But I'm not a translator.

The blond one is his aunt, and she's the older sister of the dark-haired one, and the mother of the little girl.
That makes the little girl his cousin, and the dark haired one is either his mother, or another aunt.
I'm not entirely convinced by both hypothesis.
Which means either the translation sucked, or the manga deliberately left us in the shadows -_-
