There are too many to paste, but the page has a next episode button. This is easily the best anime for the year, seriously. And about the girls death, she got decapitated, but you won't see any blood, so it's not that gruesome (still, her HEAD got bit off by a cake monster).
There are other reasons not to like this girl, but for the sake of not spoiling, I'll just leave it to you
