Use a player able to autodetected embedded subtitles, like Kaffeine (for linux users like me), or the VLC (works whatever your OS is, great player, you don’t need to install codecs, the VLC has them built-in)…
you can also convert it to avi with your choice of audio and subtitle with AllToAvi.

I cant get the subtitle to work on my computer, I use Mac and I am using VLC. VLC is telling me that there is some kind of problem with the file (episode 2 btw) and it displays a log of errors that the file has.
Such as: Decoder leaking pictures, Picture refcount (list of coding) is -1, etc
Links for episode 2 do not work for me
